I just want to thank you for the opportunity to support your local business and tell you that I’m more than happy with the rogue 525 xt I purchased from you. This bbq is amazing. I am a huge outdoor bbq guy and never have I ever turned out such great meals. My first grill was a staple. Flattened chicken. This grill kept temperature perfect. Then the next day I decided that it worked so well that I would do something I’ve never done. Beef short ribs. Omg. I don’t think there’s anything I can’t make amazing on this grill.

“Over the past five years, due to the age of our home we have had to replace our furnace & air conditioning system and central vacuum, most recently we’ve had to replace our HRV unit, humidifier and condensate pump. Throughout the process Terry Roper has provided us excellent repair/replacement options. The technicians including Ryan have provided tremendous before and after installation service. The installers Brenden and Ashley spent hours fitting into tight spots the equipment to our complete satisfaction. Katie advised us in timely fashion of any delays or arrivals.

Tyler was great! He explained exactly what was wrong with our furnace and did a fine job of cleaning it and inspecting our fireplace as well. Although we have a problem with our furnace, we feel confident that Tyler will get it put right in a timely fashion. Thanks, Tyler.

Ryan is an extremely professional and knowledgeable person. He installed vents in my laundry room, cut a pipe, and then vacuumed the room. He brought me covers for the vents which he bought himself because I didn’t have any. He is friendly and an incredible representative of Don’s Heating and Cooling.

COVID 19 Safety Update

Don’s Heating and Cooling is watching closely as the global situation with COVID-19 continues to evolve. As our communities take steps to deal with the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to share with you what Don’s Heating and Cooling is doing to endure the safety and well-being of our employees and customers.

Our commitment to the safety and well-being of our customers has long been a part of our values and operating procedures. We are closely monitoring the situation with COVID-19 and have further enhanced our procedures in response to guidelines issued by health authorities.

All of our technicians and staff are required to adhere to comprehensive health and safety procedures including all local laws. In addition, we provide our staff and technicians with best practices and guidelines and have supplemented these resources with additional COVID-19 cleanliness-specific guidance, training and information consistent with our own high standards.

Specifically, we are:

Educating our team members on COVID-19 and how to avoid transmission;
Reinforcing our existing training on hygiene and health procedures;
Requiring our employees to ask screening questions of clients when they call in with a request for service AND again prior to a technician entering a residence or building. Depending on responses received to these questions, service may be declined in order to protect the health and safety of the client and/or technician;
Outfitting outbound technicians with appropriate protective gear and sanitizer;
Requiring employees who fall ill or exhibit symptoms to self-quarantine for a minimum of 14 days;
Requiring employees returning from other countries to self-isolate for a minimum of 14 days;
Diligently conducting additional disinfecting and cleaning of our fleet vehicles and offices.

We are closely following the direction of the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC), as well as guidelines issued by provincial and local health departments.  We are also monitoring our team members’ health very closely.

In summary, we are committed to taking all appropriate steps to ensure that, now more than ever, we put the health and safety of our customers and staff first. We remain committed to serving all your home comfort needs.
